LAMOURE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The LaMoure Emergency Management Team will be bringing in the movie “SILO”, the first ever feature film about grain entrapment.

Kelli Just says the movie is unavailable online or on DVD, making this event one-of-kind for LaMoure and the surrounding region.

Just says in viewing the film, she knew this was something that should be seen by the public.

“SILO”, which is inspired by true events, follows a harrowing day in an American farm town. Disaster strikes when a teenager becomes entrapped in a 50-foot-tall grain bin. Just says while it does feature this farm accident, there is more to be learned from viewing the movie.

Just says thanks in large part to numerous sponsors, there will be three opportunities to view the film. The first will be a drive-in movie at Green Iron Equipment in LaMoure on Saturday, November 14th at 7 PM.

The other opportunities to view the movie will be virtual on Sunday, November 15th and Tuesday, November 17th. Both will show at 7 PM. You can visit lamourecountynd.com under News & Updates to register for the virtual showing.

Just stressed that everyone should see this movie and every showing was free and open to all.

The film is also available to all high schools in LaMoure and Dickey counties.
