JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Rotary Club has been working with different entities to provide more recreational benches along the Jamestown Reservoir this summer.

Earlier this year, the Rotary Club worked with the Stutsman County Park Board to build some benches and make them ADA compliant along the reservoir walking paths. Rotarian Sean Johnson says they also teamed up with the James Valley Career & Tech Center (JVCTC) to build benches for the path.

Johnson says they’ve coordinated with them and the Park Board to ensure the benches were up to specifications for ADA compliance.

In other Jamestown Rotary news, Johnson says they’ve set their sights on September 23rd at the Quality Inn & Suites for their annual Wine & Brewhaha fundraising event.
