CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Hi-Liner volleyball team finished east-west crossover 1-5 this past weekend in Bismarck.

Valley City’s lone win was a 3-0 win over Belcourt Friday.  They were beaten by Mandan and Minot Friday, losing both matches 2-1.

Saturday, the Hi-Liners were swept by Jamestown and Williston 3-0, and they dropped their match with Bismarck St. Mary’s 2-1.

The Hi-Liners open non-tournament play tomorrow night in Carrington, with the match broadcast on KOVC-AM 1490.  Prematch coverage will begin at 7:15 p.m.
