VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – There was a great turnout of 32 people for Grilling 101 presented by NDSU meat specialist Spencer Wirt at the Dacotah Bank Pavilion on Monday, July 8th.

Wirt gave great tips on grill use, rubs and grilling steaks & pork chops as well as fruit. Everyone enjoyed sampling the different styles of grilling and gained a lot of knowledge .
