JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Several organizations have come together to create a unique, outdoor experience for Jamestown.

In partnership with the Rotary Club, the Two Rivers Activity Center (TRAC) was able to create a bike fleet. Facilities Manager Amy Walters says several other entities have allowed them to move forward with the public bike fleet.

The hybrid bicycles will be adjustable for any riders age and height.

Walters says anyone can request to use the bicycles, from one bike to all 30 for personal or group use.

The trailer is outfitted with a repair stations, safety equipment including helmets and pads, and can be pulled to any location.

Walters says all an individual or group needs to do is come to TRAC and request the use of the bike fleet.

TRAC will also be hosting an event on September 7th to gauge community usage of the different paths and potential bike paths in Jamestown. More details will come later.
