
CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY – Errors were down and the Jimmies won a set, but it still wasn’t enough for a conference win.
Jamestown Jimmies Men’s Volleyball lost in four sets Friday to Thomas More 22-25, 27-25, 25-19, 25-20 at the Connor Convocation Center.
Jamestown (6-24, 0-13 GLVC) committed just 14 attack errors and hit .282, but Thomas More had 16 more kills and hit .299.
Dominic Rossi had 18 kills for Thomas More (4-20, 2-11), along with two aces and two total blocks. Blake Kibler had 12 kills and Maciej Kopacz had nine.
Chase Hawkinson led the Jimmies with 11 kills. Ethan Carroll had eight kills and four total blocks.
Jamestown will close its regular season at Thomas More on Saturday.
