(NewsDakota.com) The final day of play in Region I baseball is Tuesday, and there is still a lot up in the air when it comes to playoff seeding.
Coming into Tuesday’s action there are only two games left to be played. Northern Cass is at Kindred/Richland and Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page visits Enderlin/Maple Valley. Once all is said and done, there could be a four way tie for first in the region, or a four way tie for third, along with other possible scenarios.
The only “sure thing” for post-season play is that Enderlin/Maple Valley will host Hankinson/Fairmont on Friday in the Play-In Game.
The Region I playoffs officially start on Monday May 21, and the winner of the tournament will punch a ticket to the State Tournament in Jamestown.
