CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Hi-Liner tennis team was stopped by Dickinson 7-2 in a non-conference matchup on Saturday.

Valley City’s two wins came at #3 singles and #2 doubles.  Austin Ross picked up the singles win, beating Jayse Bender 6-1, 6-0.  The team of Dustin Miller and Cody Schmidt defeated Bender and Hunter Jerome 6-3, 6-4 in doubles.

The Hi-Liners play at Wahpeton tomorrow afternoon.
